 背景介紹

巨細胞病毒(CMV)感染是術(shù)后一種常見的并發(fā)癥，也是術(shù)后早期主要的感染和死亡原因。據(jù)報道，CMV活動性感染率在腎移植受者中為50-75%，其中有10-30%的患者發(fā)展為有癥狀的CMV活動性感染。人外周血CMV pp65的檢測可以幫助診斷急性或復(fù)發(fā)性CMV感染，荷蘭IQ 公司研發(fā)的CMV Brite Turbo Kit能在EDTA或肝素化的抗凝人外周血中，以免疫熒光的方法快速檢測CMV pp65,在病人中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。

試劑盒特點

- 完整的CMV Brite Turbo Kit含有從細胞分離到免疫熒光染色所需的全部試劑

- 試劑盒采用CMV pp65特異性單克隆抗體混合物?？贵wC10/C11是pp65的高特異性抗體，很多文獻報道

- 通過間接免疫熒光法檢測CMV pp65陽性 PMNs, 靈敏度高，且結(jié)果易讀

- 對CMV pp65陽性細胞進行計數(shù)，包括對照玻片。每張片子上含有一個陰性和一個陽性對照點。陽性對照點是正常血白細胞和pp65轉(zhuǎn)染細胞的混合物
